Nutraprill® powders retain their full essence: nothing is added, and nothing is taken away. They maintain their traces elements, minerals, vitamins and bio-actives, only the moisture content is lowered to make them shelf stable.
First, we cut the product up finely to allow the unbound moisture to be released. We then dry the product very gently ensuring the material stays below 60°C so that nutrients are not denatured. Finally, we apply a vacuum to draw out the last moisture, again without elevating the product temperature. By combining and then optimising these processes Nutraprill is able to create products of a 'freezed dried quality' at a fraction of the normal cost.
